Sure your email account is writtern correctly? I am receiving mail notifications. Sure you are expecting ail from a correct game? Notice that in your profile you can configure if a just started game will appear the notification by default on yes or no. But each game can be configured to receive or not mail in Your Games (at the right of the table).
