district unbuilt

in game 'Eleonora' I had 2 golds and then I took 2 golds but when I selected a domain to build the page refreshed but nothing happened.
I have 4 golds and all the district cards I had before.
the fact is that I don't have anymore the possibility to build, I can only end turn

this is not the first time I experienced this bug...
I'm start thinking there is something wrong with me

what can I do?

You can try to press ctrl-F5 in try again. But if it dont work, disable de advanced visual effects option in Edit Profile.

I tried but it doesen't work.
I already have disabled the improved visual effect.

I'm using firefox as browser and win xp as OS

if there is nothing I can do I will end turn
