Powderhouse change?

In the game "Un DeLorean que vuela!!!" I can't use the powderhouse to destroy a district in a closed city. This should be possible, as I've allready been victimzed by this? Did you change the way the powderhouse works or is there something wrong?

In this site the powderhouse cannot destroy a district own by a player that already have closed.

Did you fix something recently?

Because I'm positive I've see the powderhouse used against closed cities sometimes, and then the games re-sarted for one round. Would you like me to check for examples?

I am not touch it recently. Well, 2 weeks ago i fix another bug that involve the powderhouse, but i not touch anithing related to the crush closed players (at least,i hope so). In theory, it never have allow to destroy a closed player. If you have seen it in recent game, please tell me.
