When the king is bewitched : he can use his power ??? So the witch can't use it...

That's a rule error, i think . The witch can use the king power at her turn !

Bonjour/Hello,

Q: If the witch ensorcels a non-activated character, such as the bishop or tax-collector, does the non-activated abilty of this character benefit the witch player or the bewitched character player?
A: The witch player.

There you can find the "achiles' rules". Under number two you can find that the emperor's ability of passing the crown is not stolen by the witch.
