Bug : Wizard & Tax Collector

I think there's a bug. When the wizard chooses to build a card from the hand of another player (not take in hand), but doesnt build anything else, he doesnt give 1 gold to the tax collector, even if he has money left.

There is one of my games where it happened, but i cant find it back right now.

This is not a bug. The special building hability of the wizard do not count as a normal build of the round, even for the tax collector. It's simpli down to play a district of another player for free. It's a powerfull hability, because another copy of the district can be already built for that player.

Ups, it seems that in english I forget to put it the text refering the tax collector, sorry. I change it soon. (in french, i have no idea...)

Well, but today I've faced an inverse situation:

I've built the Tower Bell from my opponent using "Built" option (not "Keep in hand"). Gamelog displays it normally.
I've chosen not to activate it.
I've taken an action and haven't built any other district.
But the Tax Collector got his gold piece.

Is it a bug or maybe a feature?

It is a bug. Soon all this bugs will be fixed forever... (and a few new ones will appear...)
I'll fix it as soon as... etc etc etc...
