Trouble with password

Can't login to ciudadelas game site. Maybe, I've simply forgotten the password. But it was stored in my web brouser, and it also don't fit. It's strange... Looks more like it was changed.
Can somebody help me?
My account in this forum still works (used the same password, now I've changed it). e-mail address used during registration is ok, too.
