point calculation with TIEd games

Hi,

I have not seen an (english) post about games ending in TIE.
And i did not find anything about it in the houserules.

The normal rule is as followed. When two people end the game with the same points then only the points of the districts are take into account. There is only a tie when these points are equal.

Maybe it would be interessting to implement this (if possible of course :-) )

Also, when a game ends in tie the points for both winners is equal. While normally a high ranking player should earn less points then a low ranking player.....
ex: [ciudadelas.frenopatico.net]

maybe also something to take in concideration....

But i prefer that there hare some ties. With your method a tie game will be a rare one.
The Ranking system are not designed by me, I took it from Askalab. I accept the ranking system as it done it time ago, and I like it. May be the same points from a tie is a error of mine, i'll revise it.
