Question: tax collector / poorhouse interaction?

If you have to give up your last gold piece to the tax collector, would the poorhouse afterwards give you 1 gold? Or does the poorhouse check the 0-gold-condition before the tax collector effect takes place?

In that suppose the poorhouse dont give u 1 gold because tax collector got ur last gold after you end turn. If u would have 0 money tax collector didnt would looked for you and go away...then poorhouse would be gave u a money.

Conclusion:After a turn first come the tax collector and look if u have money. If u have not money tax collector overlook you and then poohouse give u the 1 gold
